Just two weeks ago, I was in Bali, lazing on the beach. From next Monday, I’ll be going from cocktails, snorkeling and swimming to climbing mountains and surpassing myself. <\/p>\n\n

Will we find beaches on the coast in Spain as beautiful as those in Bali? <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n

We started going through our packing list this week to make sure we don’t forget anything. Today we raced to the DM to buy a smaller tube of sun cream – every gram of weight counts! <\/p>\n\n

Stephan cleaned the bikes and checked whether the coats were coming off (in case of emergency). After a brief panic, he quickly ran to the bike store and they helped him. Now he’s happy. <\/p>\n\n

Yesterday we did our last tour together from Nordenstadt to Niedernhausen to test the bikes. My new pedals from Garmin are a great gadget to see what power you are pedaling. Finally back home after 2:42h – 60km – 590hm! (In fact, it wasn’t as exhausting as I thought and I have good hope that I won’t die on the multi-day tour :))<\/p>\n\n

On Saturday we travel to Spain and on Monday we set off from Bilbao to Santo\u00f1a (66km – 1020hm) <\/p>\n\n

Am I excited? Maybe. <\/p>\n\n
